Facing a mandatory minimum of 3 years in prison
A young man was accused of selling drugs out of a home on multiple occasions, with some deals caught on camera by a confidential informant. Dominique challenged the reliability of the CI and his video, then wrote a Motion to Dismiss because the State could not establish that the drugs found in the house were his. Motion granted — case dismissed.
